摘要
继续教育是当前中小学教师专业发展的主要渠道,中小学教师日益多元化的学习需要和自主专业化发展对继续教育经费制度提出了新的要求和挑战。通过对中小学教师继续教育发展与现行继续教育经费制度进行梳理,结合中小学教师继续教育经费制度转变的动因分析,提出在绩效工资的奖励性绩效部分设立"继续教育工资",以期为中小学教师自主专业化发展提供保障。
Continuing education is the main channel of the current primary and secondary school teachers' professional development. The diversified learning needs and autonomous professional development of primary and secondary school teachers put forward new requirements and challenges of its funding system. By combing the development and the current funding system of primary and secondary school teachers continuing education,combined with the analysis of reason of the funding system transformation,the thesis proposes to set up the continuing education wage in the awarding performance part of performance salary,so as to guarantee the independent professional development of the primary and secondary school teachers.
