谷胱甘肽转移酶基因多态性与妇科恶性肿瘤易感性和预后的相关性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)是体内重要的Ⅱ相代谢酶,GST在人群中呈多态性分布,基因多态性导致酶活性降低或丧失。研究显示GST基因多态性不仅与妇科多种恶性肿瘤的易感性有关,而且会影响化疗药物对肿瘤的疗效,影响患者的预后,且结果存在差异。本文将重点阐述删基因多态性、GST基因分型方法的进展及GST与妇科肿瘤易感性和预后的关系。
