摘要
为了研究不同结构对变壁厚球缺罩形成杆式射流的影响,设计了等壁厚、中间厚边缘薄、中间薄边缘厚3种等质量球缺罩方案。利用LS-DYNA软件对杆式射流的形成与侵彻进行了数值模拟,并进行了大炸高下的侵彻试验。研究结果表明:结构不同导致形成杆式射流的方式不同,并对射流的形态与速度分布有显著影响;中间厚边缘薄球缺罩形成的杆式射流侵彻深度最大,等壁厚球缺罩次之,中间薄边缘厚球缺罩最差。
In order to study the effect of liner configuration on the formation of jetting penetrator charge of hemispherical liners with variable thickness,three hemispherical liners with equal mass were designed,including equal-thick liner,center thicker liner and edge thicker liner. LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the formation and penetration of jetting penetrator charge. And the experiment of jet penetrating against target was carried out at long charge diameters standoff distances. Results show that liner configuration leads to the dissimilar way of rod like jet formation,and liner configuration has a significant influence on shape and velocity of jet. Jetting penetrator charge with the center thicker liner presents the best penetration performance,the equal thick liner follows,and the edge thicker liner is the worst.
