摘要
通过对高炉炼铁的功能解析,以及流程集成与结构优化,论述了面向未来的低碳绿色高炉炼铁技术发展方向,指出高炉精料、炉料合理分布控制、高效长寿、高风温、富氧喷煤、煤气干法除尘等关键共性技术,仍是未来高炉低碳绿色发展的重要技术基础、技术支撑和技术保障。认为现代高炉炼铁要构建动态精准、高效运行的生产体系,以高效率、低成本、低排放为目标,提高生产效率、降低能源消耗、减少环境污染,实现高炉炼铁"高效、低耗、长寿、低碳、绿色"的协同发展目标,着力提高综合技术装备水平,大力发展循环经济,实现低碳绿色制造。
By analyzing BF ironmaking functions, process flow integration and structure optimization, the paper expounds the development trend of blast furnace ironmaking technology in green and low carbon emission and points out that the rele- vant key technologies are still important technical basis, technical support and technical assurance of green and low carbon e- mission of blast furnace in future. These key technologies includes beneficiated burden material of blast furnace, rational dis- tribution control of furnace burden, high efficiency and long campaign, high blast temperature, oxygen enriched PCI, and dry type gas dedusting, etc. The author also indicates it is necessary for the modern blast furnace ironmaking to establish dynami- cally precise and highly efficient production system in order to increase production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and lessen environment pollution for coordinative development target of high efficiency, low consumption and less emission. Addi- tionally, improvement of comprehensive technological & equipment level and promotion of circular economy and green manu- facture are also essential for the modern ironmaking plant.
