摘要
对安钢高炉炉缸侧壁温度升高综合治理技术进行了总结。7号高炉(450m^3)炉缸侧壁温度异常升高后,过采取提高炉缸部位冷却强度、调整高炉操作参数、加强炉前操作管理,以及钛护炉等措施,炉缸侧壁温度升高点渐下降到正常范围之内,并形成了安钢高炉炉缸侧壁温度综合治理技术。1号高炉(2200 m^3)炉缸侧壁温度异常高期间,应用了安钢高炉炉缸侧壁温度综合治理技术,使1号高炉炉缸侧壁温度异常升高得到了有效治理,较快地复到了正常生产。
The paper summarizes the technical development and application of the technology for comprehensively controlling abnormal temperature rise of Anyang Steel's BF heath side wall. With respect to abnormal temperature rise at side wall of No. 7 BF (450 m3 ) hearth, following measures are taken: enhancing cooling intensity at furnace hearth, adjusting furnace operation data, strengthening the operation management at cast house, and titanium furnace protection. So the temperature of the hearth side wall goes down gradually to the normal value and a comprehensive control measures against abnormal tempera- ture rise hearth side wall is achieved. As abnormal temperature rising occurs in No. 1 (2200m3 ), such technology is adopted and make the furnace restore to the normal operation rapidly.
