摘要
简要阐明了高炉冷却设备与内衬的作用,重点阐述了炉底炉缸区域(铁口区域)、炉腹风口段、炉腰及炉身下部、炉身中上部和炉喉区域等部位冷却设备与内衬的选择。认为:合理的冷却设备与铁口区域的设计,是阻止炭砖不被铁水异常侵蚀,优化高炉炉缸生产稳定性的必要条件;炉腹、炉腰和炉身下部冷却系统,应以优化操作炉型为重点,建立起与冷却系统匹配的内衬,并优化高炉操作,达到渣皮保护冷却设备,冷却设备同时又促进形成稳定渣皮的动态平衡的目标。
The paper focuses on selection of cooling equipment and refractory lining for furnace bottom and hearth, taphole area, bosh tuyere section, belly,lower part, middle upper area of stack and throat area, etc. in addition to brief introduction of their functions. The author thinks rational design of cooling equipment at furnace bottom and taphole area is prerequisite of protecting the carbon bricks from HM erosion, optimization of furnace hearth and stabilization of production; However, estab- lishment of appropriate cooling systems of furnace bosh, belly and lower part of the furnace stack depends on optimization of production furnace profile, installation of refractory lining matched with the cooling system, optimization of BF operation in order to form the required slag skull via the cooling equipment and protect cooling equipment by the formed slag skull.
