摘要 宝钢1号高炉(三代)主皮带与炉顶2个料罐中心线夹角为13°,加剧了并罐布料过程的偏析现象,造成边缘煤气流分布不均匀,操作炉型难控制。通过对1号高炉采用的几种装入模式进行分析,从提高赶料能力、减小偏析布料影响、改善煤气流分布、减少热负荷波动等方面来看,认为CCO装入模式总体优于COO、CO模式,CCO模式可以最大限度地减小布料偏析(轨迹偏析与质量偏析),其中CCO模式下的OC_小C_大模式效果最佳。 Domestic parallel hopper and belless top system was adopted on Baosteel No. 1 blast furnace (third generation) for the first time , but due to the design defects of the main belt with the center line of the top two buckets for 13 degrees angle , aggravated the segregation of top distribution process, edge airflow distribution was not uniform, operating furnace pro- file was difficult to control, resulting in furnace condition was not stable. This paper mainly analyzed several kinds of load mode which were adopted by Baosteel no. 1 blast furnace from the perspective of reducing segregation, and put forward the best load mode, improved the uniformity of the blast furnace circle, so that operating furnace profile was more reasonable, which laid a solid foundation for the blast furnace to achieve stable, smooth running, low consumption.
