摘要
研究Ti6242合金铸件及经热等静压后的组织和拉伸性能变化,观察分析了熔炼铸坯和重力铸造铸件热等静压处理前后的组织,并测试了其拉伸性能。结果表明,热等静压消除了铸造时产生的缩松、缩孔等缺陷,增加了材料的抗拉强度。经热等静压处理后Ti6242合金铸件的抗拉强度为852 MPa,较熔炼铸坯提升了9.2%,较重力铸造铸件提升了3.3%。热等静压处理后Ti6242合金铸件的伸长率为6.32%,较熔炼铸坯的提升了13%,而较重力铸造铸件降低了8.9%。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti6242 alloy after casting and hot isostatic pressing were tested,and effect of the hot isostatic pressing processing on microstructure and tensile properties of Ti6242 alloy were investigated. The results show that the hot isostatic pressing eliminates the shrinkage and porosity etc defects,and increases tensile strength. The ultimate strength of composites casting treated by hot isostatic pressing is about 852 MPa,which increased as 9. 2% and 3. 3%,respectively,compared with that of smelting and gravity casting. Elongation of the composites casting treated by hot isostatic pressing is about 6. 32%,which increased 13% and decreased 8. 9%,respectively,compared with that of smelting and gravity casting.
