摘要
在大气压下,使用高压直流脉冲放电产生微等离子弧,采用此微等离子弧对粗糙和锈蚀的HT250灰铸铁材料表面进行加工处理,对其表面形貌和表面残余应力进行了分析。结果表明,经微等离子弧处理的HT250表面,曲率半径小处全部发生熔化和蒸发去除,去除后的位置平坦化效果明显。表面粗糙度值Ra能从6.73μm降低到1.62μm,且材料表面的锈渍全部被清除,加工后的表面的残余拉应力值也显著减少。因此,采用微等离子弧将有利于提高HT250灰铸铁的使用寿命。
The surface treatment of rough HT250 grey cast iron by mcroplasma arc under high voltage DC pulse discharge at atmosphere was carried out. The surface morphology and residual stress of the sample after treatment were analyzed. The results show that the small curvature radius on HT250 surface were removed by melted or evaporation,finally a flat finishing metal surface was obtained. Surface roughness Racan be reduced from 6. 73 μm to 1. 62 μm,while rust stains on the HT250 surface are also removed. Residual tensile stress on HT250 sample surface also decreases remarkably,which benifites the improvement of the HT250 material service life.
