摘要
分析了H62黄铜挡圈制造过程冲压裂纹产生的原因,并对挡圈表面龟裂纹产生的原因和机理进行阐述。研究结果表明,采用真空炉对H62黄铜进行退火处理导致零件表面脱锌是本次故障产生的根本原因,脱锌导致零件表面硬度明显降低,同时表面脱锌层产生了沿晶界分布的微小孔洞,这些微小孔洞作为初始裂纹源直接导致冲压裂纹的产生。
Cause of punching-induced cracks of brass H62 washer was analyzed and the cracking cause and mechanism was discussed. The result shows that the basic reason of cracking is surface dezincification of the washer during vacuum annealing,and it results in a decrease of surface strength and induces some tiny holes distributing along the crystal boundary in the surface. These tiny holes act as crack sources and lead to punching-induced crack directly.
