摘要 以自动化生产线中常用的三自由度气动机械手为研究对象,详细阐述了系统的组成和工作原理,并设计出可行的气动控制回路。在软件设计方面,以西门子S7-200PLC作为控制核心,采用步进控制指令完成了顺序功能图的绘制和梯形图程序的编写。实践证明,该控制方案可以实现气动机械手的高效、平稳、可靠运行。 The three degree of freedom pneumatic manipulator used in automatic production line was studied in this paper. The composition and working principle of the system were described in detai,and then the feasible pneumatic control circuit was designed. As to software design,the paper took the SIEMENS S7- 200 PLC as the control core,the sequential function chart and the ladder-shaped program were drawn by using the step control instructions. The practice proves that the system has run efficiently,steadily and reliably with the measures metioned.
