摘要
对GW4-220kV高压隔离开关进行了静、动态机械拉力以及扭矩的计算,提出了棒形支柱瓷绝缘子合理选用的方法。采用ANSYS Workbench对等径伞和大小伞的两种结构棒形支柱瓷绝缘子进行了强度分析,并利用DOE分析法对其进行了优化仿真,优化后对比结果表明:就静力学特性而言,棒形支柱瓷绝缘子的大小伞结构要优与等径伞。
GW4-220kV high voltage disconnector's static mechanical tension, dynamic mechanical tension and torque are calculated, then the reasonable selection method of porcelain insulators is put forward, strength analysis for two kinds of rod post insulators structure, which are equal sheds, and big and small alternative sheds, and it is optimized and simulated by the DOE analysis method, comparative results show that: in terms of static mechanical properties, the big and small sheds is better than equal sheds.
