摘要
探讨牦牛绒混纺纱的开发。采用环锭纺及集聚纺两种纺纱方式,分别纺制棉/牦牛绒95/5、85/15、80/20混纺纱,并对成纱条干、毛羽及单纱强力等指标进行了测试。结果表明:随着牦牛绒混纺比的增加,纱线的毛羽增加,条干均匀性降低,单纱强力先降低后有所提高;混纺纱较细时,成纱条干均匀性和单纱强力均较低,且断头较多;集聚纺有利于改善牦牛绒混纺纱的各项质量指标。认为:利用牦牛绒与棉纤维混纺,可以改善牦牛绒纤维的可纺性,拓展其应用领域,有利于提升牦牛绒产品的附加值。
Development of yak cashmere blended yarn was discussed. Two kinds of spinning methods inclu- ding ring spinning and condensed spinning were adopted. Cotton/yak cashmere 95/5,85/15,80/20 blended yarn were spun. Items including yarn evenness,hairiness and single yarn strength and so on were tested. The test re suits show that the yarn hairiness is increased,evenness is decreased and the single yarn strength is reduced firstly and then improved as the increase of yak cashmere blend ratio. When the blended yarn is thinner, the evenness and single yarn strength are smaller with much breaking ends. Condensed spinning is beneficial to the improvement of each quality item for yak cashmere blended yarn. It is considered that the spinnability of yak cashmere fiber can be improved by blending of with cotton fiber. The application fields of yak cashmere can be expanded. It is good for the promotion of additional valve of yak cashmere product.
