摘要 探讨基于β-环糊精包合物的棉织物抗菌整理效果。将β-环糊精与自制的PDMS-纳米ZnO杂化材料进行包合;以EDTA为交联剂、次亚磷酸钠为催化剂将包合物整理到棉织物上;测试并分析了整理后棉织物的抗菌性、柔软性、断裂强力、白度、透气性等。结果表明:整理液浓度为60g/L时,棉织物抗菌效果较好,弯曲长度达2.8cm,手感为5级,透气性为141mm/s,白度为79.12。认为:该整理方法可赋予棉织物抗菌、柔软功能。 The antibacterial finishing effect of cotton fabric based onβ-cyclodextrin clathrate compound was discussed. β-cyclodextrin and self-made PDMS-nano ZnO hybrid material were clathratcd. Clathratc compound were finished on cotton fabric with EDTA as cross linking agent and sodium hypophosphite as catalyst. Properties of cotton fabric after finishing including antibacterial property, softness, breaking strength, whiteness, air permea- bility and so on were tested and analyzed. The results show that the antibacterial effect of cotton fabric is better when the concentration of finishing liquid is 60 g/L. The pending length is up to 2.8 cm,hand touch is 5grade,air permeability is 141 mm/s and whiteness is 79.12. It is considered that the finishing method can give functions like antibacterial property and softness to cotton fabric.
