摘要
研究了单层钎焊CBN砂轮的磨粒有序排布形式对加工淬硬钢磨削力的影响。在设计CBN磨粒的排布横向间距ΔX、纵向间距ΔZ、错位距离ΔZ_v以及排列线倾角α的基础上,研究了相同和不同排布密度下排布间距、排布倾角、磨粒粒度等因素对磨削力的影响规律。研究表明,在磨粒排布密度相同情况下,排布间距及排布倾角对磨削力影响较小,随着CBN排布密度的降低,磨削力下降明显,随着磨粒粒度的下降,磨削力有下降的趋势,但较细粒度(80/100)的钎焊CBN磨粒由于出刃高度不足,磨削力出现上升高的现象。
In this paper the effect of monolayer brazed CBN grinding wheel with different orderly arrangement form of grits on the grinding force during the machining of hardened steel was studied. The grits' lateral spacing △X, longitudinal spacing AZ, offset distance △Z and alignment angle α were designed. The spacing, the arrangement angle and the mesh size of CBN under the same concentration and different concentration on the grinding forces were investigated. It was found that under the same concentration of CBN, the spacing and arrangement angle has little effect on the grinding force. With the decreasing of the concentration of CBN, the grinding force decreased significantly. With the decreasing of the mesh size of CBN the grinding force is decreased. However, the wheel with fine CBN size of (80/100) owns higher grinding force than other wheels due to the insufficient protrusion height.
