摘要 为了获得铣削Cr12MoV切削温度预测模型,运用正交试验法设计Cr12MoV的铣削方案,借助Deform-3D模拟出各组方案中不同切削用量组合下的切削温度,通过MATLAB构建铣削Cr12MoV切削温度的预测模型。利用极差分析法得出切削用量三要素影响切削温度的主次顺序及各因素水平的最优组合。该预测模型得出了切削用量与切削温度之间的变化规律,实现了对铣削加工Cr12MoV切削温度的预测,对实际铣削加工Cr12MoV选择合适的切削用量奠定了基础。 In order to obtain cutting temperature prediction model of milling Cr12MoV. The milling scheme of Cr12MoV was designed by using the method of orthogonal experiment,and cutting temperature of the scheme under different cutting parameters combination was simulated by using Deform- 3D software. The prediction model of Cr12MoV cutting temperature was built through the MATLAB software,and analyzing the three elements of cutting parameters influencing the primary and the secondary order of cutting temperature and the optimal combination of various factors by using the method of the extremum difference analysis. Transformation rules between cutting parameters and cutting temperature was obtained through the prediction model,and the model realized temperature prediction of milling Cr12MoV cutting and laid a solid foundation for choosing appropriate cutting parameters of actual milling Cr12MoV.
