摘要 1临床资料患者男,21岁。因体检发现脾脏占位6 d入院。否认有腹部外伤史。查体：腹部平坦;左上腹轻度压痛,无肌紧张,脾下缘距左锁骨中线与肋缘交接处5 cm,边缘钝,质地中等。腹部B超：脾区可见大小134 mm×129 mm的囊性包块,
