县级公立医院住院费用影响因子分析——以宁夏11家医院为例

Influence factors analysis on hospitalization expenses in county public hospitals——Take 11 public hospitals in Ningxia as an example

[目的]探讨影响县级公立医院住院费用的主要因素,为合理控费提供参考依据。[方法]以2011年宁夏11家县级公立医院的64737例患者的住院费用为研究样本,采用因子分析法对各项住院费用进行统计分析,以寻找住院费用的关键影响因素。[结果]综合因子(西药费、床位费、其他费用、化验费用、护理费、手术费)、检查费因子和诊察中药费因子是支配住院费用的主要因子。[结论]控制西药费、手术费和化验费是控制医疗费用的关键。

Objective To explore main factors of influencing hospitalization expenses in county public hospitals so as to provide references for the reasonable cost controlling. Methods 64737 patients hospitalization expenses from 11 public hospitals at the county level in Ningxia in 2011 were selected as the samples. It identified key influencing factors for hospitalization expenses, we used the method of factor analysis to analyzes the hospitalization expenses. Results Comprehensive factors （western medicine, bed, laboratory, nursing, surgical and other fees）, check fees factor and diagnostic medicine expenses factors were the main influencing factors of hospitalization expenses. Conclusions Western medicine, surgery and laboratory fees are the key of controlling medical expenses.
