(E)-3-溴-2-苯基丙烯腈的合成研究

摘要 在无溶剂、无催化条件下,以铁氰化钾为环境友好氰化剂对ω-溴代苯乙酮进行选择性的羰基加成脱水反应合成(E)-3-溴-2-苯基丙烯腈。最佳投料比n(ω-溴代苯乙酮)∶n(K3[Fe(CN)6])=3∶1,反应温度为190℃,反应时间为30 min,产物收率达82%。产物经IR、元素分析、1H NMR和13C NMR分析确认。此方法具有操作简单、产率高、环境友好、无溶剂、无催化反应的特点。 ( E)-3-bromo-2-phenyl propylenenitrile was synthesized by potassium ferricyanide with α-bromoacetophenone under solvent-free and catalyst-free conditions.The yield was up to 82%when the reactions were performed at ratio of α-bromoacetophenone to K3[Fe( CN)6]3 ∶1 and 190℃ for 30 min.The structures of the product was confirmed by IR,elemental analysis,1H NMR and13 C NMR spectroscopy.This method had advantages of simple work-up procedure,high yield,and eco-friendly solvent-free and catalystfree conditions.
