摘要
人参皂苷Rg_1是人参中的重要成分之一。现代药理学研究显示人参皂苷Rg_1在对人体的很多方面具有很强的药理活性,特别是在心血管系统和神经系统。本文通过检索近10年来人参皂苷Rg_1心血管系统和神经系统药理研究文献,综述人参皂苷Rg_1在此两个方面的药理作用,结果表明人参皂苷Rg_1在心血管系统有保护心肌细胞、抗心肌缺血和促血管再生作用;对神经系统有抗脑缺血再灌注损伤、益智、抗神经细胞氧化损伤的作用,为其药物开发提供依据。
