腹腔镜联合结肠镜微创治疗结直肠癌60例临床观察

Clinical observation of laparoscopic combined colonoscopy for colorectal cancer

目的:观察腹腔镜联合结肠镜微创治疗结直肠癌的临床效果。方法:选取120例结直肠癌患者,按照手术方式分为联合组和开腹组各60例。比较两组围术期指标、术后并发症发生情况、术后恢复情况及随访情况。结果:联合组手术出血量、手术时间、术后镇痛次数、术后引流时间及术后引流量等指标均明显优于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组术后并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组术后住院时间、排便时间、肛门排气时间及下床时间均明显短于开腹组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生存率、远处转移率及局部复发率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合结肠镜微创治疗结直肠癌效果明显,并发症少,创伤小,恢复快,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic combined with colonoseopy in the treatment of eoloreetal cancer. Methods 120 patients with eolorectal cancer were divided into two groups： combined group and open group. Compared with two groups of pefioperative indicators, postoperative complications, postoperative recovery and follow - up. Results The bleeding volume, operation time, postoperative analgesia and postoperative drainage in combined group were significantly higher than that of the open group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The postoperative complication rate in combined group was 6. 67%, significantly lower than that of the open group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05） . The hospitalization time, defecation time, anal exhaust time and the time of bed time in combined group were significantly shorter than that in the open group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The survival rate, distant metastasis rate and local recurrence rate were not significantly different between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion Laparoscopic combined with colonoseopy is a reliable and safe method for the treatment of colorectal cancer, which is worthy of promotion.
