摘要
广西柳州市某民营企业的原技术总监向有关部门实名举报:该企业老板在过去的10余年时间里,以开发柔性印刷等技术为名,获得国家多项科技和技改资金逾千万元之后"根本没有实施"。本刊记者在调查中了解到,截至2015年5月31日,广西逾期未结题验收的项目(课题)共有3102项,共涉科研经费约6.53亿元。
