计及限风特性与经济性的大规模集中充放电储能系统容量配置研究 被引量:17

Study on Capacity Configuration of Large-Scale Energy Storage System Under Concentrated Charge and Discharge Based on Wind Curtailment Characteristics and Economics

摘要 我国风电呈现"大风电、高渗透"的发展态势,随着风电的大规模开发,既有电网调节能力渐显不足,风电与电网的矛盾急剧升级,导致大面积弃风甚至危及电网安全。利用储能系统可以实现能量的时空平移,从而达到减少弃风、提高电网及风电运行安全性和经济性的效果。首先基于风电场实测限风功率进行限风特性分析,在此基础上制定了储能系统多场景调控的场景划分原则;然后提出一种计及限风特性与经济性的大规模集中充放电的储能系统容量配置方法,该方法综合考虑了限风时段的差异性、限风功率的分布特征以及储能系统的电量效益、环境效益、投资成本和维护费用等因素;最后通过算例分析表明,考虑限风特性的多场景调控策略比单一调控策略的综合收益更优,进而验证了所提方法的可行性。 With increasing penetration of wind power, regulating ability of power grid is deficient relative to wind power fluctuations, causing wind curtailment in large area and even endangering safety of power grid. Using energy storage system(ESS) can achieve energy translation in time and space and reduce wind curtailment. Firstly, this paper analyzed wind curtailment characteristics and consequently developed principle of scene division; then, proposed a capacity configuration method of large-scale ESS under concentrated charge and discharge based on wind curtailment characteristics and economics, considering time difference and distribution of wind curtailment and power benefit, environmental benefit, investment cost, maintenance cost and other factors impacting on comprehensive benefit of ESS. Finally, the proposed method was applied to actual power system, the result showed that the multi-scenario control strategy considering wind curtailment characteristics could acquire more benefit than single control strategy, and verified feasibility of the proposed method.
