摘要 目的优选白诃颗粒水提工艺,为该制剂的工业化生产提供参考。方法以白头翁皂苷B4提取量和干膏得率为综合评价指标,采用正交试验设计优化水提工艺参数,并建立指纹图谱印证白诃颗粒最佳水提工艺的合理性。结果水提制备工艺影响因素大小依次是:煎煮次数>加水量>煎煮时间,最佳制备工艺条件为处方药材加8倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行,重复性好,可用于工业化生产。 Objective To provide reference for the industrial production of Baihe Granules by optimization of water extraction process parameters. Methods With extraction amount of anemoside B4 and yield of extract as comprehensive evaluation indices, orthogonal test was adopted to optimize water extraction technology and to establish the fingerprint of Baihe Granules to confirm the rationality of the optimum extraction process. Results The descending order of the effect of influencing factors on water extraction was as follows: decoction times〉water amount〉decoction time. The optimal process parameters were as follows: decocting by eight volumes of water for three times, one hour for each time. Conclusion These optimized technologies are stable, feasible and suitable for the standardized production of Baihe Granules.
