参斛浸膏不同配方的功能学实验研究

Functional Study on Different Formulations of Shenhu Extracts

目的比较研究参斛浸膏不同配方的药效。方法采用环磷酰胺诱发的免疫功能低下小鼠模型观察参斛浸膏的免疫调节作用,采用大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤模型观察参斛浸膏的胃保护作用。结果参斛浸膏A配方和C配方能明显拮抗环磷酰胺诱发的胸腺和脾脏萎缩,提高廓清指数K和吞噬指数α,明显增强耳肿胀度,对抗环磷酰胺所导致的迟发型变态反应受抑现象;A配方和C配方能显著预防乙醇导致的胃黏膜损伤及病理组织改变。结论参斛浸膏能明显增强免疫功能,且具有显著的胃保护功能,其中以A配方药效最佳。

Objective To compare the efficacy of different formulations of Shenhu extracts. Methods The hypoimmunity model in mice induced by cyclophosphamide was used to observe the immunoregulation effect of Shenhu extracts, the acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats was used to observe the gastric protective effect of Shenhu extracts. Results A and C of Shenhu extracts obviously atagonized the atrophy of thymus and spleen induced by cyclophosphamide in mice, improved the mice clearance index K and phagocytic index a and enhanced ear swelling degree, so resisted the inhibition of delayed allergy reaction caused by cyclophosphamide. A and B of Shenhu extracts prevented the gastric mucosal lesion and pathological changes induced by ethanol in rats. Conclusion Shenhu extracts can enhance immune function, also protect gastric mucosal lesion, and A formulation may be the best prescription among three formulations.
