摘要
目的利用微波消解仪和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),建立药材栽培土壤中砷和汞含量测定方法。方法土壤样品前处理的微波消解方案:消解液的混合酸配比:浓硝酸/氢氟酸/高氯酸体积比为2:1:1;消解时间:30 min;消解温度:180℃。结果以微波消解/ICP-MS测定土壤中As含量检出限为0.056μg/g;日内精密度RSD为2.49%~2.87%;6份样品重现性RSD为1.77%;测定土壤中Hg含量检出限为0.009μg/g;日内精密度RSD为2.94%~2.63%,重现性RSD为2.51%。结论此法灵敏度高、稳定性好、准确可靠,可在中药材栽培环境的质量控制过程中使用。
Objective To establish a method for determination of As and Hg in cultivated soil of medicinal plants by microwave digestion/ICP-MS. Methods The soil sample was digested in the mixed solvent consisting of HNO3-HF- HC104 (2:1:1) for 30 minutes at the temperature of 180 ℃. Results The detection limit of As was 0.056 μg/g, with the RSDs of intra-day precision and reproducibility of 2.49 %-2.87 % and 1.77 % (n=6), while the detection limit of Hg was 0.009 μg/g, with RSDs of intra-day precision and reproducibility of 2.94 %-2.63 % and 2.51% (n=6). Conclusion With high sensitivity, stability and reliability, this method can be used in the environmental quality control for culture of medicinal plants.
