摘要
食品活性成分是影响癌症的一个重要因素。文章介绍了具有抗癌作用的食品活性成分,综述了这类食品活性成分生物治疗效应机制研究及其应用进展。这些相关的研究为癌症患者的康复开拓了广阔的前景。
The active components of foods are important factors for cancer. In this paper, the active components of foods with anti-cancer activity are introduced. The progress on biotherapeutical mechanism and applications of the active components are also reviewed. These relative researches open up a broad prospect for the recovery of cancer patients.
