半导体激光联合电针及超短波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察与护理

Observation on The Effect of Semiconductor Laser With Acusector With Ultra Short Wave Therapy and Nursing Care in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Prolapse

观察半导体激光联合电针、超短波及护理治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。选取2013年1月至2015年6月重庆市第三人民医院骨科收治的腰椎间盘突出症住院患者96例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为实验组和对照组,各48例。对照组患者采用电针和超短波治疗,实验组患者采用半导体激光联合电针、超短波治疗,两组采取相同的护理干预,均以7d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度,观察起效时间,并比较两组临床疗效。实验组愈显率68.75%,总有效率89.58%明显好于对照组愈显率41.67%,总有效率77.08%,差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义;两组疼痛评分比较,差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义;两组起效时间比较,差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义。采用半导体激光联合电针、超短波及护理治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

To observe clinical effect of lumbar disc prolapse for semiconductor laser combined acusector and ultrashort wave and nursing treatment. Selection methods： Between January 2013 and June 2013,chongqing third people＇s hospital orthopedic treated 96 cases of hospitalized patients with lumbar disc prolapse,using the random number table method divide all patients into experimental group and the control group,48 cases each.Control group were treated by electric acupuncture and ultrashort wave therapy,the experimental group were treated by semiconductor laser with cupping,ultrashort wave therapy,two groups take the same nursing intervention,set 7 d for a period of treatment,continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,using visual analogue scale（ VAS） to evaluate the degree of pain,to observe the effect of time,and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups. The experimental group markedly effective rate68. 75%,total effective rate 89. 58% is much better than the control group markedly effective rate 41. 67%,total effective rate 77. 08%,the difference（ P〈0. 05） is statistically significant; The pain score comparison between the two groups（ P〈0. 05） is statistically significant; Working time,comparison between the two groups（ P〈0. 05） was statistically significant.The clinical curative effect by using semiconductor laser combined acusector and ultrashort wave and nursing in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,be worthy of clinical promotion.
