光子治疗仪联合甲钴胺治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察与护理

Observation on The Effect of The Photon Therapeutic Apparatus with Mecobalamin and Nursing Care in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy

探讨甲钴胺结合光子治疗仪及护理治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。选择106例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组53例。两组均严格控制血糖,对照组采取甲钴胺肌注和常规护理,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用光子治疗及护理干预,连续治疗3周。观察两组患者临床疗效。治疗组的显效率、总有效率明显优于对照组(P_均<0.05)。治疗后两组感觉功能、神经症状、神经反射及TCSS总分各项评分均明显降低,感觉神经传导速度及运动神经传导速度均升高,与治疗前相比其差异均有统计学意义(P_均<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P_均<0.05)。采取甲钴胺结合光子治疗仪及护理治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变可显著提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Choose 106 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy,randomly divided into control group and treatment group,53 cases in each group.Strictly control blood sugar in both groups,the control group take a cobalt amine intramuscular injection and routine nursing,the treatment group using photon treatment and nursing intervention on the basis of control group,3 weeks treatment in a row.To observe clinical efficacy of patients of two groups.The significant efficiency and total effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than the control group（ P 0. 05）.After treatment sense function,neurological symptoms,nervous reflex and TCSS score were significantly lower in both groups,sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity all increase,the difference compared with before treatment had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）,the difference between treatment group compared and control group were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The combination of cobalt amine and photon therapeutic apparatus and nursing in the treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,be worthy of clinical promotion.
