重大动物疫情公共危机下养殖户的疫病防控行为研究——基于博弈论的分析

The research of the farmers act to animal disease based on the analysis of game theory,under the major animal plague crisis

畜禽养殖户采取疫病防控的动因可以分为3个方面:追求自身利益的最大化、与消费者之间存在着健康委托代理关系、政府的强制性监管。本研究在重大动物疫情公共危机风险下,分析三者在公共危机系统中的地位,探讨主体间相互作用的影响机制,并结合北京市实证研究,提出推动养殖户开展疫病防控的政策建议。

The motivation,which forces farmers take action to prevent and control animal disease,can be divided into three aspects:firstly,the pursuit of self-interest maximization;secondly the health principal-agent relationship between the consumers;and thirdly the government's mandatory regulation.Under the risk of major animal epidemic crisis,this paper analyze the position of three subjects in crisis system,and studies the influence of the interaction mechanism between the main body.
