摘要
针对传统斜管沉淀池由于布水不均匀造成沉淀出水浊度高的问题,在斜管沉淀池前增加整流段,采用平流加斜管沉淀池相结合的形式,成功地将延安市某县城老水厂的处理水量由1.2×104m3/d提高至1.6×104m3/d,沉淀池出水浊度由6.15 NTU降到2 NTU以内,沉淀池出水TOC浓度平均值为1.85 mg/L,平均去除率为39.67%,降低了后续滤池的运行负荷,使出厂水质达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。
Aimed at the problems of high outflow turbidity from traditional inclined-tube sedimen- tation tank owing to the uniformity of water distribution, the technical renovation for the inclined-tube sedimentation tank was conducted. Through adding a rectification section before inclined-tube sedimenta- tion tank and using inclined-tube sedimentation tank combined with rectangular settling tank, the treat- ment capacity of a county waterworks of Yan' an City was increased from 1.2 × 104 m3/d to 1.6× 104 m3/d. The outflow turbidity of the sedimentation tank decreased from 6.15 NTU to less than 2 NTU, and the outflow TOC of the sedimentation tank was 1.85 mg/L, with an average removal rate of 39.67%. The load of the subsequent the Standards for Drinking filter was reduced. The finished water quality could meet the requirement of Water Quality ( GB 5749 - 2006 ).
