Design and Implementation of Electrical Control System for Sludge Drying,Waste Heat Recovery and Heat Source Supplement

摘要 污泥干化、余热回收及补充热源系统是污泥干化生产线中的核心部分,包括桨叶干燥机分气缸、换热器、空气余热器等设备。本系统电控部分设计以西门子S7-400系列为核心控制器,采用以太网控制器连接操作站和工程师站,同时将部分控制功能分散到各过程I/O单元中。设计中所有回路都可以独立执行,配合在线安全监测及应急安全系统的应用,保障了系统的正常运行。 Sludge drying, waste heat recovery and heat source supplement are the core parts of sludge drying production line. They include blade dryer cylinder, heat exchanger, air waste heat storage and utilization equipment and so on. The electrical design adopts Siemens S7-400 series as the core con- troller, the operator station and engineer station are connected by using Ethernet controller, and the par- tial control functions are distributed to each I/O unit. All circuits can be executed independently, com- bined with application of online safety monitoring and emergency safety system, which can greatly guaran- tee the normal operation of the system.
