摘要
糖尿病合并皮肤病变是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,可累及全身各部位,临床表现多样,在该类皮肤病诊治中需要充分考虑糖尿病的疾病影响。本文从糖尿病特有的皮肤损害以及与糖尿病相关的非特异性皮肤表现、糖尿病合并皮肤感染性疾病和降糖药物相关性皮肤不良反应等几个方面,综述糖尿病相关皮肤病变的临床诊治进展。
Skin disease is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus （DM）, which can appear in any DM stage and any part of body. The clinical manifestations are varied, so the dermatologists should be more careful in DM patients. This review focuses on clinical diagnosis and treatment of skin disease caused by DM including the specific or nonspecific skin lesions related with DM and the skin infection as complication of DM and the drug related skin adverse reations after DM treatment.
