妇宝方口服联合离子导入治疗慢性盆腔炎

Effect of Fubao decoction combined with iontophoresis on the treatment of chronic pelvic infl ammatory disease

摘要 目的探讨妇宝方汤剂口服联合离子导入治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法入选慢性盆腔炎患者94例,分为治疗组(n=47)和对照组(n=47),治疗组采用口服妇宝方汤剂联合离子导入治疗,连续治疗2个月经周期;对照组采用康妇消炎栓联合微波治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗8个疗程。观察治疗前后微循环形态,比较管袢形态、血液流态及袢周状态积分,并随访观察24个月,记录治疗结束后6、12和24个月疾病复发情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组管袢形态、血液流态和袢周状态积分均显著下降(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访期间各时间点两组复发率比较差异显著,随访24个月时,治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(21.28%对40.43%,P<0.05)。结论口服妇宝方汤剂联合离子导入治疗慢性盆腔炎,可改善患者微循环状态,降低复发率。 Objective To observe the efficacy of the Fubao decoction combined with iontophoresis in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 47 cases patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease as a treatment group used oral Fubao decoction combined with iontophoresis treatment for two consecutive menstrual cycles. Another 47 cases patients as a control group were treated with Kangfu anti-inflammatory combined with microwave therapy for eight courses (7 days for one course). Morphological comparison of loop shape, microcirculation blood flow and periloop state integral were observed before and after treatment, and followed up for 24 months after treatment to observe the disease recurrence. Results After the treatment of Fubao decoction combined with iontophoresis, the loop morphology, blood flow and periloop state scores in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. However, during the follow-up period, the recurrence rate of two groups were significantly different: the recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group (21.28% vs 40.43%, P〈0.05). Conclusion Oral Fubao decoction combined with iontophoresis treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can alleviate and eliminate patient's clinical symptoms, and reduce the recurrence rate.
