摘要
情报、智能与智慧间的关系在情报产品的生产、投送和评价中得到充分体现。正是由于情报、智能与智慧有着内在的紧密联系,而这种联系又对情报管理工作产生着影响,使得情报机构在提升情报产品智慧品质和情报业务管理水平的发展进程中不可避免地要关注和使用智能技术手段。致力于智能信息技术的研究发展来应对大数据信息环境所带来的挑战,提升情报产品和情报服务的智慧水平,是情报机构在转型改革中的重要抓手。
The relationship of information, intelligence and wisdom is fully embodied in the production, delivery and evaluation of information products. Due to the tight relationship of information, intelligence and wisdom, and the relationship has influence on the work of information management, so that the information agencies need to focus on the intelligent technology in the development process of improving the intelligence quality of information product and management level of information service. Dedicated to the research and development of intelligent information technology to deal with the challenges of the information environment of big data, and to promote the wisdom level of information product and information service, it is an important gripper of information agencies in the transformation.
