摘要
文章从智慧情报研究、智力与非智力因素的概念内涵与特征出发,借鉴国外知名智库的经验做法,提出"一体两翼三支撑四支队伍"创新发展总体思路,以智慧情报为主体,以智力和非智力因素为两翼,以"政策环境""运行机制"和"技术手段"为三大支撑体系,着力培育4支情报研究人才队伍,促进智慧情报研究创新发展。
Based on the research of wisdom intelligence as well as the concept extent of intellectual and non-intellectual factor,and by drawing lessons from the experience of famous think tank abroad,this paper proposes the overall thought of innovation development,that is ＂one subject,two wings,three supports,four teams＂,which is subjected with smart intelligence,winged by intellectual and non-intellectual,supported by the policy environment,operation mechanism and technical means,in order to develop 4 intelligence research teams and promote the innovation development of wisdom intelligence research.
