建立机构知识库可持续发展的基本框架,由创新、意愿和经济3个层面的可持续性组成。在此基础上分析目前影响机构知识库可持续发展的瓶颈,并有针对性地提出对策建议,包括提高科研成果传播效率、加强科研人员的引导和激励、加强机构库建设的经费保障。

This paper establishes the basic framework of sustainable development for institutional repository（ IR）,which consists of innovation,intention and economy.On the basis of this,the paper analyzes the current bottleneck for the sustainable development of institutional repository.Then,the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the efficiency of scientific research achievements,strengthening the guidance and encouragement of scientific research personnel,and promoting the fund guarantee of the construction of institutional repository.
