摘要
本文结合某制药车间的特点及要求,分别选用冷凝除湿、转轮除湿和溶液除湿这三种空气处理方案进行设计和分析,并对这三种空气处理方案进行夏季能耗比较,得出冷凝除湿和转轮除湿空气处理方案的能耗偏高,而溶液除湿空气处理方案的能耗约为冷凝除湿和转轮除湿空气处理方案能耗的40%,节能效果显著,适宜在这类制药车间中应用。
Combining with the characteristics and requirements of a certain pharmaceutical workshop, condensation dehumidification, desiccant wheel dehumidification and liquid desiccant dehumidification, these three air processing schemes were selected respectively for design and analysis. Comparing the three schemes in summer energy consumption, it concludes that condensation dehumidification process and desiccant wheel dehumidification process have the higher energy consumption, while the liquid desiccant dehumidification process has about 40% of that of the former two, which produces the remarkable energy-saving effect, and is suitable for application in the pharmaceutical workshop of this type.
