摘要
上海中心大厦深大基坑采用主楼顺作与裙房逆作相结合的总体施工方案,在主楼及裙房地下室之间设置沉降后浇带。介绍了地下室顺逆结合后浇带部位关键节点处理措施,结合实测沉降数据对后浇带封闭条件进行分析,重点阐述了后浇带地下防水节点处理措施及后浇带封闭施工技术。
Shanghai Tower as the tallest building under construction in China,the general construction scheme for its deep and large foundation of main block and podium is the combination of top-down and down-top method. The post-pouring band is set between basements of main block and podium,whose location is determined according to the locations of top-down enclosure walls of main block and ring supporting structure. In view of the construction conditions of post-pouring band in Shanghai Tower,handling methods of key joints of post-pouring band are given in this paper,the enclosure conditions of post-pouring band are analyzed combining with monitoring settlement data,technical treatment measures for underground waterproof joints of post-pouring band and enclosure construction technique of postpouring band are mainly discussed.
