腹腔镜与传统外科手术治疗胆结石的疗效比较

Curative effect comparison of laparoscopic and traditional surgical operation treating gall-stone

目的探讨腹腔镜与传统外科手术治疗胆结石的疗效。方法选取2012年11月~2015年2月收治的70例胆结石患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,腹腔镜组应用腹腔镜微创胆囊切除术,传统组应用传统外科手术,比较两组的手术操作用时、术中出血量、首次排气时间、住院时间和手术并发症发生率。结果与传统组比较,腹腔镜组的手术操作用时、首次排气时间和住院时间明显较短,术中出血量明显较少（P〈0.05）。两组的手术并发症主要为胆管受损、切口感染、胆囊床渗血、肠粘连等,腹腔镜组的手术并发症发生率明显低于传统组（P〈0.05）。腹腔镜组的临床疗效明显优于传统组（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗操作简单,安全性高,可促进患者快速恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of laparoscopic and traditional surgical operation treating gall-stone. Methods 70 patients with gall-stone received from November 2012 to February 2015 were selected as study group,and they were randomly divided into two groups.Laparoscopic group were treated by laparoscopic minimally invasive cholecystectomy while traditional group was treated with traditional surgical operation.Operation time,bleeding amount during operation,first exhaust time,hospital stay and incidence rate of operation complication between two groups was compared respectively. Results Compared with traditional group,operation time,first exhaust time and hospital stay in laparoscopic group was obviously shorter and bleeding amount during operation was obviously less（P〈0.05）.Operation complication was mainly bile duct damage,incision infection,gallbladder bed errhysis and intestinal adhesion and so on,and the incidence rate of operation complication in laparoscopic group was lower than that of traditional group（P〈0.05）.The clinical curative effect of laparoscopic group was obviously better than that of traditional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operation of laparoscopic surgery for treatment is easy and has high safety.It can promote patients recovery fast and is worthy of promotion.
