脑出血并发血钠代谢紊乱56例临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of 56 cases of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with blood sodium metabolic disorders

目的探讨脑出血并发血钠代谢紊乱的临床治疗效果。方法选取2014年5月~2015年5月我院收治的112例脑出血并发血钠代谢紊乱患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（56例）和治疗组（56例）。对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组采用综合治疗方法,比较两组患者血钠代谢紊乱时间和脑出血的治疗效果与血钠代谢紊乱的关系。结果两组血钠代谢紊乱时间的比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组血钠代谢紊乱时间均集中于72 h以后。治疗组的治疗总有效率为41.07%,对照组为46.43%,两组差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.82,P〉0.05）。结论早发现、早治疗、及时纠正血钠浓度,根据不同发病机制对症治疗,可以有效提高脑出血并发血钠代谢紊乱的治愈率。

Objective To discuss the clinical treatment effect of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with blood sodium metabolic disorders. Methods 112 patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated by blood sodium metabolic disorders treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with combined therapy.The time of serum sodium disturbance and relation between treatment effect of cerebral hemorrhage and serum sodium disturbance in two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of blood sodium metabolic disorder（P 0.05）.The blood sodium metabolic disorder time in two groups was concentrated in the 72 h later.The total effective rate in treatment group was 41.07%,and in the control group was 46.43%,the difference between two groups was no statistically significant（χ^2=0.82,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early detection and early treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,timely correction of serum sodium level,and selection of proper symptomatic treatment based on different pathogenesis, can effectively improve the cure rate of cerebral hemorrhage complicated by blood sodium metabolic disorders.
