聚焦解决模式对肝癌围术期焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of solution-focused approach on anxiety-depression and sleep quality in perioperative patients with liver cancer

目的探讨聚焦解决模式对肝癌围术期焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2010年1月~2015年3月本院收治的肝癌需行手术治疗者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,观察组采用聚焦解决模式进行干预,对照组则通过常规心理护理进行干预,比较两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分,干预前后两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表得分及治疗依从性。结果干预后两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前（P〈0.05）,且干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于干预后的对照组（P〈0.05）,干预后两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分均低于干预前（P〈0.05）,且干预后观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分低于干预后的对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组完全依从率为80.0%,显著高于对照组的37.5%（P〈0.05）,观察组不依从率为2.5%,显著低于对照组的25.0%（P〈0.05）。结论对肝癌围术期患者采用聚焦解决模式,能显著减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情况,改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者治疗依从性。

Objective To discuss the effects of solution-focused approach on anxiety-depression and sleep quality in perioperative patients with liver cancer. Methods 80 patients with liver cancer and needed surgery hospitalized in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were intervened by solution-focused approach,while patients in the control group were managed by conventional mental nursing.The anxiety and depression scores,pittsburgh sleep quality index scores and treatment compliance of two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention（P〈0.05）.The anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group after intervention were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The pittsburgh sleep quality index scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention（P〈0.05）.The pittsburgh sleep quality index scores in the observation group after intervention were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The complete compliance rate in the observation group was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（37.5%,P〈0.05）.The noncompliance rate in the observation group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than that of control group（25.0%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Solution-focused approach can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of perioperative patients with liver cancer,improve the sleep quality of patients and enhance the treatment compliance.
