摘要
基于循环经济发展目标体系,构建了生态效率类、物质流状况类及人类发展类三大类指标为基础的区域循环经济发展评价指标体系,以兰州市2000—2012年统计数据年鉴为样本数据进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,2000年以来兰州市各生产要素生态效率提高明显,输入端和输出端物质流总量增长,资源循环利用效率提升明显,经济增长的内在质量逐渐提升。但整体上兰州市资源循环利用程度仍较低,循环经济发展水平有待提高。
Based on the target system for the development of circular economy, the evaluation index system of regional circular economy development based on the three kinds of index of the ecological efficiency, material flow and human development is constructed. And the empirical study is carried out, which based on the statistical data of Lanzhou city from 2000 to 2012. The results show that since 2000, the eco efficiency of production elements has improved obviously of Lanzhou City, the total material flow of input end and the output end has growth, resources recycling efficiency has increased obviously, and the intrinsic quality of economic growth has gradually increased. But the overall level of resources recycling in Lanzhou is still low, and the development level of circular economy needs to be improved.
