卵泡发育不良是导致妇女不孕最常见的原因之一,该病病因尚未清楚,使得该病的治疗较为棘手。中医药基于长期的临床应用和实验观察、立足于治病求本和辨证论治的原则上治疗卵泡发育不良取得了良好效果。本文旨在综述卵泡发育不良的病因病机及中医药治疗的临床应用和动物实验研究进展,为临床治疗及科研提供参考。

Follicular maldevelopment is one of the most common cause of infertility in women. The cause of the disease is not yet clear,which increases the difficulty of treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine,according to the long-term clinical application and experimental observation,based on searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment and syndrome differentiation,has confirmed that effective treatment for the disease. The purpose of the paper is to analyse the etiology and pathogenesis of follicular maldevelopment,clinical application of TCM therapy,and animal experimental study progress,which provids reference for clinical treatment and scientific research.
