摘要
目的:建立以分光光度法测定天然产物提取物对铅离子螯合能力的检测方法。方法:用双硫腙、4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)与铅络合成红色络合物,加入不同天然产物提取物,测定吸光度,从而衡量样品对铅离子螯合能力。结果:双硫腙-PAR-铅分光光度法能快速检测溶液中的铅离子含量,土茯苓总黄酮、高良姜总黄酮、莲房多酚、辣木叶总黄酮、葛根总黄酮在体外有很好的螯合作用。结论:此方法操作简单、稳定、快速,可用于测定中药等天然产物与铅离子螯合的能力。
Objective: To establish the detection method of chelating ability of natural product extracts to lead ions using spectrophotometry. Methods: The absorbance value of red complex from dithizone,4-( 2- pyridylazo) resorcinol( PAR) and lead ions were measured,and then we determined the changes of absorbance value after adding different natural product extracts. Therefore,we evaluated the chelating ability of samples with lead ions.Results: Dithizone-PAR-lead spectrophotometric method could determine the lead ions concentration quickly. Total flavonoids extracts from Smilax glabra,Alpinia officinarum Hance,leaves of Moringa oleifera,Pueraria Lobata and Nelumbinis Receptaculum had obvious lead ions chelating activities.Conclusion: This method is simple,stable and fast and can be used to determine the chelating ability of natural products with lead ions.
