摘要
目的:探讨牛蒡子苷元对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用碳廓清模型法考察牛蒡子苷元对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力的影响,从而考察对小鼠非特异性免疫的影响;以2,4-二硝基氯苯及环磷酰胺(Cy)诱导小鼠DTH(迟发型超敏)反应降低或小鼠DTH反应升高为模型,考察牛蒡子苷元对小鼠细胞免疫失衡的影响。结果:牛蒡子苷元显著提高小鼠的碳廓清能力,对环磷酰胺降低或升高的小鼠迟发型反应均能调节至接近正常水平。结论:牛蒡子苷元能提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,从而增强小鼠非特异免疫水平,对小鼠细胞免疫失衡具有免疫调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Arctigenin on immune function in mice.Methods: The effect of Arctigenin on monouclear phagocytic ability of mice macrophages and nonspecific immunity in mice was observed by the model of carbon clearance. 2,4-Djnjtroch1 orobenzen and Cyclophosphamide( Cy) were used to induce the DTH( delayed- type hypersensitivity) response reduced or elevated model in order to study the impact of Arctigenin on cellular immunity imbalance in mice.Results: Arctigenin can significantly improve the ability of cardon clearance and the DTH( delayed-type hypersensitivity) response reduced or elevated can been adjusted to near the normal levels by Arctigenin in mice.Conclusion: Arctigenin can enhance the level of nonspecific immunity of mice by improving the monouclear phagocytic ability of mice macrophages and has immunomodulatory effects for imbalance of cells immune in mice.
