精杞苏心胶囊治疗紧张情绪伴亚健康临床研究

Clinical Research on Jingqi Suxin Capsule Treating Tension with Sub-Health

目的:观察精杞苏心胶囊治疗紧张情绪伴有亚健康的效果及安全性。方法:126例紧张情绪伴亚健康患者随机分为两组,各63例;治疗组服用中药复方提取物精杞苏心胶囊治疗,观察时间3个月;对照组口服补中益气丸,观察时间3个月;对比两组临床疗效与两组之间的差异,两组治疗前后主要症状缓解情况及其之间差异,观察精杞苏心胶囊对FNM管襻数、长度、管径的影响,观察两组治疗前后免疫球蛋白变化及其之间差异,观察精杞苏心胶囊的安全性。结果:经3个月治疗,治疗组临床控制率显著高于对照组,P<0.01;治疗组主要症状显效率高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组对FNM管襻数、长度、管径的改善具有一定作用,前后对比有显著性差异,分别为P<0.01、P<0.05;治疗组与对照组治疗后免疫球蛋白提高明显,两组间具有统计学差异,P<0.05;精杞苏心胶囊安全性观察指标服用前后比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:精杞苏心胶囊治疗紧张情绪伴有亚健康具有明显疗效,精杞苏心胶囊未见明显不良反应。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of Jingqi Suxin capsules on treating tension with sub-health.Methods： 126 tensions with sub-health patients were randomly divided into two groups,63 cases in each. Treatment group used Jingqi Suxin Capsule treatment,observation time 3 months. The control group used oral Buzhong Yiqi Pills,observation time 3 months. We compared two groups＇ clinical curative effect and the difference between the two groups,two sets of main symptoms and the differences before and after the treatment. We observed Jingqi Suxin Capsule＇s influence on the loop number,length and diameter of FNM tube and two groups＇ immunoglobulin changes and differences before and after the treatment and the security of Jingqi Suxin Capsules. Results： After 3 months treatment,clinical control of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group＇s,P〈0.01. Main symptoms efficiency in treatment group was higher than the control group＇s,P〈0.05. Treatment group had certain effects on FNM loop number,length and pipe diameter improvements and There wree significant differences before and after contrast,respectively,P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05. The treatment group and control group＇s immune globulin increased significantly after treatment and there was statistical difference between the two groups,P〈0.05. Jingqi Suxin Capsule＇s safety observation indexes before and after taking the comparison had no statistically significant difference,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Jingqi Suxin Capsule has obvious curative effect on tension with sub-health,without obvious side effects.
