全蝎蜈蚣对抽动症模型小鼠行为及单胺类神经递质的影响 被引量:22

摘要 目的:全蝎蜈蚣对抽动症模型小鼠行为及单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:将60只ICR小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,泰必利组及全蝎蜈蚣组方低、中、高剂量组,用亚氨基二丙腈200 mg/(kg·d)腹腔注射,连续7 d,建立抽动症小鼠模型,从第1天开始分别给予生理盐水,泰必利(25 mg/kg),全蝎蜈蚣组方(3 g,6 g,9 g),连续给药28 d。比较各组小鼠自主活动次数,点头次数,爬杆时间,神经递质含量变化。结果:造模第7天后,自主活动,点头实验,爬杆实验模型组皆较正常组增加(P<0.01);泰必利组,全蝎蜈蚣组方中、高剂量组较模型组降低(P<0.01);全蝎蜈蚣组方高剂量组较泰必利组降低(P<0.01)。造模第14天及28天后,模型组较正常组增加(P<0.01);泰必利组,全蝎蜈蚣组方低、中、高剂量组较模型组降低(P<0.05);全蝎蜈蚣组方高剂量组较泰必利组降低(P<0.01)。模型组与空白比较,多巴胺(DA),高香草酸(HVA),二羟苯乙酸(DOPAC),去甲肾上腺素(NE),5-羟色胺(5-HT),5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)含量增加,全蝎蜈蚣组方低、中、高剂量组较模型组降低(P<0.05);全蝎蜈蚣组方高剂量组较泰必利组降低(P<0.01)。结论:全蝎蜈蚣组方能显著改善抽动症小鼠行为,并调节神经递质的分泌,为其临床应用提供理论基础。 Objective: To explore effects of scorpion centipede on behavior and monoamine neurotransmitters in mice with tourette syndrome. Method: All mice( n = 60) were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,triapride group,scorpion centipede low,medium and high-dose groups. Except normal group,other five groups were intrapritoneally injected IDPN for establishing the model and at the same time,the normal group and model group were given normal saline solution intrapritoneally and other groups were given the relevant medicine. The autonomic activities,nod times,climb pole time and changes of plasma neurotransmitter content were compared in all groups. Result: Seven days after modeling,the autonomic activities,nod times and climb pole time increased in the model group compared with those of the normal group( P〈0.01) and decreased in the triapride group,scorpion centipede medium and high-dose groups compared with those of the model group( P〈0. 05) and decreased in the scorpion centipede high-dose group compared with that of the triapride group( P〈0.05). Fourteen and twety-eight days later,the autonomic activities,nod times and climb pole time increased in the model group compared with those of the normal group( P〈0. 01) and decreased in the triapride group,scorpion centipede low,medium and high-dose groups compared with those of the model group( P〈0. 05) and decreased in the scorpion centipede high-dose group compared with that of the triapride group( P〈0. 05). The contents of plasma dopamine( DA),HVA,DOPAC,NE,5-HT and 5-HIAA increased in the model group compared with the normal group( P〈0.01) and decreased in the triapride group,scorpion centipede low,medium and high-dose groups compared with those of the model group( P〈0.05) and decreased in the scorpion centipede high-dose group compared with those of the triapride group( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Scorpion centipede could improve behavior and regulate the content of monoamineneurotransmitters in mice with tourette syndrome.
