摘要
目的:观察不同配伍比例的麻杏石甘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期热哮证的临床疗效。方法:选择符合条件的患儿190例,分为A、B两组,A组(160例)哮喘患儿,进行ACQ量表测试。B组(30例)患儿进行中医证候积分及疗效率以及肺功能测定。A、B两组均分为治疗组(观察组)和对照组。均给予常规对症治疗及支持疗法。治疗组予高剂量麻黄的麻杏石甘汤,对照组予低剂量麻黄的麻杏石甘汤。1周后分析临床疗效情况。结果:(1)高剂量麻黄的麻杏石甘汤组和低剂量麻黄的麻杏石甘汤组均可以有效控制哮喘,在哮喘控制上无差异,ACQ得分无差异(P>0.05)。(2)中医证候疗效判定在咳嗽、咯痰、舌质、脉象、肺部体征证候积分上无差异(P>0.05);而在喘息证候积分上有差异(P<0.05)。(3)肺功能测定方面FEV1增值、PEF变异率均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:结果表明高剂量麻黄的麻杏石甘汤比低剂量麻黄的麻杏石甘汤临床效果好,可以有效改善喘息症状,改善肺功能。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of different compatibility ratios of Maxing Shigan Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma of heat syndrome. Methods: 190 cases of children who met the set of conditions were divided into A and B groups. A group( 160 cases) were tested the ACQ scale. B group( 30 cases) were tested TCM syndromes and efficiency rate and lung function. A and B two groups were both divided into treatment group( observation group) and control group. Conventional symptomatic treatment and supportive therapy were given.Treatment group was treated with high dose of Maxing Shigan Decoction and control group treated with low dose of Maxing Shigan Decoction. 1 week later,we analyzed the clinical efficacy. Results: 1High dosage and low dose of Maxing Shigan Decoction groups both can effectively control asthma and no difference was in asthma control and ACQ score had no difference( P〈0.05). 2Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in cough,expectoration and tongue,pulse,physical signs of the lung had no difference( P〈0.05) and in wheezing symptom scores had difference( P〈0.05). 3The FEV1 value and the PEF mutation rate were different in the measurement of pulmonary function( P〈0.05). Conclusion: 1.Results showed that the high dose of Maxing Shigan Decoction comparing with the low dose has good clinical effect and can effectively improve the symptoms of wheezing and the lung function.
