摘要
动态响应分析是星载结构力学响应分析的重要组成部分。以星载波导裂缝天线为研究对象,采用通用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立了天线的力学仿真模型,进行了模态分析,得到了结构的固有频率及振型。采用LMS Test.Lab软件进行了模态试验,实测天线结构的固有频率和振型,并与有限元仿真结果进行了比较,验证了计算模型的准确性。基于模态仿真与试验结果,对天线结构进行了随机振动分析,得到了相应的结构强度、刚度响应和安全裕度数据。结果表明,力学仿真模型准确,该天线的结构设计满足星载环境设计要求。该仿真分析及模态测试对天线的结构设计有着重要的意义。
The dynamic response analysis is an important part in the mechanical simulation analysis of space-borne structures. In this paper, the dynamic response analysis of a slotted waveguide antenna in space- borne SAR is established. Based on the mechanical model, modal analysis is conducted; the natural frequency and vibration modes are obtained. Then the modal test is carried out. It is shown that the simu- lation data are in good agreement with the test results. The random vibration performance of the antenna is also analyzed and the corresponding mechanical responses are obtained. The results show that the structur- al design of this antenna meets the strength requirement. The simulation provides significant guidance foractual designs.
